I'm having problems logging in. How can I troubleshoot this problem?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to login:
- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock is not on.
- To check the status of your account, or if you have forgotten your username or password, go to the Forgot Your Password page.

Is what I'm streaming and downloading confidential?

Yes. TVOKAY only keeps overall statistics so that we can monitor which content is the most popular. We NEVER give out information about our users under any circumstances.

You may contact us if you do not wish to get a new account. Please provide username, password, old email address, and new email address.

I'm having problems with slow downloads. What could be causing this?

There are several things that could cause your downloads to become much slower:
- Your internet connection might be slow because you are using your bandwidth for other purpose as you are downloading.
- You are downloading multiple files at once thus you reached your ISP download limit.
- The host where you are downloading from is limiting the download bandwidth.
- The host where you are downloading from is very far from where you are.

No, everything we have is online. We have to remove the oldest postings to make room for the new ones. And some of the older videos have been taken down from their hosts.

How often are the videos updated?

TVOKAY updates the videos throughout the day. Currently we have 4 full time outsourced employees hunting links and removie bad ones. But please remember that TVOKAY provides a web interface with which to view videos hosted by third party websites like Tudou and VEOH. We do not, however, have control over what/how often/how much individuals post to the individual websites. Therefore, even if the site updates around the clock, there is no guarantee that there will be new material in every single category every single time we update.
